Primary Job Functions:

Responsible for working and tracking cases from the beginning through resolution

Answer incoming calls/common questions about exchange and properly document tickets for escalation.

Create and maintain documentation for the company's knowledge base articles.

The Cryptocurrency Marketplace is 24/7/365. Having the ability to work calmly in highly urgent or stressful situations is essential

Work well with colleagues, clients, and leadership team members

Demonstration of Exceptional clients Service Skills including but not limited to Soft Skills/Empathy

Experience & Education:

Associates Degree or higher Preferable or Equivalent Field Services work in technology field Preferred

Professional Certifications Welcomed: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCENT, CCNA, etc.

Level 1 or Level 2 experience working within a fast-paced I.T. environment preferred

Knowledge of Cryptocurrency Trading and/or Blockchain Development Preferred

Required Software experience:

Must have experience with Remote Desktop Software such as Logmein or Team Viewer

2 years' experience with Windows 10 and OSX as well as iOS and Android mobile operating systems

Must be familiar with cryptocurrency wallets as well as general understanding of Blockchains

Any prior work experience with a Managed Services Provider would be acceptable.
