Minimum qualifications to apply this role:
3+ years work experience in administrative roles, in a Hi tech environment.
1+ year experience as a travel coordinator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English- A must.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, positive, proactive, quick thinker, and solution-focused attitude with a love for team work!
Experience with MS Office, slack, google suite.

As a Travel Coordinator you will oversee travel arrangements of individuals and groups, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, enforce Travel Policy implementation, optimize hotel bookings and contracts to ensure Melio receives the best rates.
