Marketing & Community Manager Intern at X Ventures

We invest in projects to maximize both financial and social returns. As a partner to blockchain entrepreneurs, we empower them with capital, know-how and contacts, promoting a goal-oriented development of blockchain innovations.
We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing & community expert to join our team and help us leverage the community of our incubated projects.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our incubated projects and engage with their communities

Manage social media channels and create engaging content to attract and retain community members

Monitor and analyse community feedback and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and drive growth

Collaborate with project teams to identify key milestones and events to share with the community

Help organise and participate in community events and meetups to build relationships and foster engagement
Requirements:

Strong interest in Web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem

Experience with social media marketing and community management

Excellent communication and writing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of market analysis and trend tracking
